Champion Home Builders, Inc. in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to drive growth in our wholesale and developer channels. This exempt, sales-focused role requires travel up to 50% and the ability to demonstrate products, negotiate terms, and manage key accounts.

You will coordinate with retailers, assist in shipments, and represent our manufactured housing lines at trade shows, delivering strong customer service and industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Other duties may be assigned.
