We are looking for a sales manager to drive revenue growth by leading a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate has extensive sales process knowledge, excels in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience, in addition to sales experience.
• Achieve company objectives through planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data, and forecasting.
• Develop leadership, hiring, and training skills; ensure the sales team employs effective tactics to meet revenue targets.
• Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
• Recruit, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor sales representatives' performance.
• Oversee the sales team to meet sales goals by conducting regular check-ins, coaching, and progress monitoring.
• Create and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and setting monthly and annual sales goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience, plus sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel at least 20% within the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
• Quick understanding of title and closing business, including laws and regulations specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• Proven skills in selling, business development, and relationship building.
• Strong computer skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal programs.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and clients both in person and virtually.
• Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
