What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and support the Manufacturer's Representative network to achieve sales quotas and strategic targets
- Interface with key accounts to maximize product sales and ensure optimal service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product management and business development initiatives
- Develop area business plans in conjunction with representatives to meet revenue and growth targets
- Conduct leadership roles in customer audits and visits to enhance client relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales and marketing, including supervision of Manufacturer's Representatives
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Experience in managing distribution sales channels and providing product training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of MRP systems
- Experience in conducting field asset sales management
- Proven track record in upselling and synergy selling within a technical sales environment
- Familiarity with customer audits and factory visits
- Background in collaborating with R&D or application engineering teams
