What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales efforts for CADDY HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Seismic businesses in the Central Territory
- Develop and execute a three-year sales strategy for the CADDY Fire Protection portfolio
- Train and present product expertise to key contractors and distributors
- Increase partnerships with Fire Protection Channel partners and support their growth
- Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and provide competitive feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or applicable experience in mechanical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, or Seismic commercial sales
- Experience working with end-user customers on projects
- Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel 60% on average within the region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Fire Protection sales
- Strong value-based selling and technical sales experience
- Experience leading direct reports and/or third-party sales agents
- Familiarity with project mining tools to identify potential new customers
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships
