What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead existing HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Seismic businesses in the Central Territory by building relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Direct 3rd party agents to focus on servicing key customers and partners in the region
- Develop a three-year sales strategy and tactical plan for the Fire Protection portfolio
- Provide product expertise through training and presentations to contractors and distributors
- Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate market feedback internally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or applicable experience in mechanical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience with a focus on HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, or Seismic commercial sales
- Experience working with end-user customers on projects
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within the region and maintain a valid driver's license

- Background in Fire Protection sales
- Strong value-based selling skills and technical sales experience
- Experience leading direct reports or managing 3rd party sales agents
- Proven track record in developing relationships with key customers and partners
- Knowledge of project mining tools for assessing potential customers
