What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Seismic businesses in the Central Territory by establishing relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Direct and support 3rd party agents to service key customers and partners
- Develop a 3-year sales strategy and tactical plan for the CADDY Fire Protection portfolio
- Provide product expertise through training and presentations to contractors and distributors
- Manage the opportunity pipeline using Salesforce and communicate market feedback internally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or applicable experience in mechanical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience, ideally in HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, or Seismic commercial sales
- Experience working with end-user customers on projects
- Proficient with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel 60% on average within the region and maintain a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Fire Protection sales
- Strong value-based selling skills and technical sales experience
- Experience leading direct reports and managing 3rd party sales agents or channel partners
