Job summary

Heraeus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the AR, MS, AL, LA region. This remote role in the US focuses on growing market share, managing clinical and economic stakeholders, and driving medical device sales across a defined territory.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in medical device sales, a strong sales track record, and direct sales training. You will train reps, coordinate with teams, and manage multiple territories while maintaining CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales.
• Strong sales background with a proven performance record.
• Direct sales training and experience in medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow the market share in AR, MS, AL, LA region and meet or exceed sales quota.
• Develop relationships with decision makers in clinical, technical and economic roles.
• Cold call and visit prospects; set appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
• Manage all leads and customers within the defined territory.
• Keep CRM updated; educate medical staff on device use and benefits; provide demos.
• Ensure smooth ordering at accounts; maximize portfolio penetration.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and support to improve customer experience.
• Collect, analyze and present field data to aid strategy planning.
• Support regional sales strategy; develop and execute territory business plan.
• Train and develop sales reps/agents; oversee multiple territories.

The following challenges await you:

• Grow the market share of HME products in the Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi geo graphic area and achieve or exceed sales quota.
• Develop relationships with decision makers (clinical, technical, and economic) in geographic area. Cold call and visit prospects on location, set appointments with hospital staff and administrators, Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
• Keep CRM software updated with appropriate information, educate medical staff on the use and benefits of medical devices, Provide product demonstrations and support.
• Ensure smooth ordering at all accounts (new and existing), Maximize account penetration by selling all products in portfolio.
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
• Support and champion the regional sales strategy, Develop and execute territory business plan.
• Support, train, and develop sales reps/ sales agents on products, services, and any corporate level initiatives,
• Oversee and manage multiple territories and associated sales reps/sales agents.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required.
• Must have a strong sales background with demonstrated performance record; ability to learn medical device product platform. Self-starter, independent sales management skills.
• Direct sales training and experience in medical device industry
