Job summary

Benco Dental seeks a Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate to drive regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight in partnership with the Vice President of Sales. You will oversee regional branch logistics, training programs, and specialty product sales to strengthen customer partnerships.

This field-based role emphasizes superb customer service, strong communication, and coaching to elevate the sales team while traveling within the assigned region and maintaining a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Ten years sales/management experience.
• Owns a dependable vehicle with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel in the assigned region and frequent overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share and customer delight goals with VP of Sales.
• Oversee regional branch logistics and sales personnel training programs.
• Manage sales of specialty products and services; act as bridge between customers and Benco Dental.

Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals for merchandise, equipment, teeth, services, and other company products & offerings. You will oversee the regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services. Your role as the Regional Sales Manager is essential, as it serves as the bridge between customers and Benco Dental!
