Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales and channel development efforts in [Specify Region]. This role involves strategic planning, market expansion, team leadership, and achieving revenue targets through a well-established sales network.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including market expansion and product positioning.

Channel & Distributor Management:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to strengthen the sales network.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews for partners.

Field Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Lead and support the field sales team to drive direct sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Reporting & Analysis:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
