REQUIREMENTS
Minimum educational requirement: commercial or technical studies or comparable qualification Hard Skills: relevant professional experience in the automotive industry Tier1 or OEM. Extensive experience in building and motivating international sales teams Strong background in key account management and complex contract negotiations internationally Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high result orientation and lived "implementer mentality"
