We are a provider of high-tech packaging, processing, and advanced manufacturing machinery. With over three decades of experience, this company serves clients across Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Venezuela, and the Caribbean, offering tailored solutions to the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. We are expanding our brand to the United States and are looking to add an experienced technical Sales Manager to our team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and grow regional sales of equipment such as bag sealers, laser coders, and liquid nitrogen dosers, along with spare parts and services
• Follow up on active leads and prospect new business using LinkedIn and social selling strategies
• Develop and execute regional sales forecasts and performance targets
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in Salesforce
• Provide technical support on product functionality and negotiate pricing with customers
• Oversee the full sales cycle from equipment selection through delivery and payment
• Monitor market activity, identify opportunities, and implement an annual sales strategy
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and represent the brand at trade shows
• Respond to customer equipment issues with first-line technical assistance

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical or consultative sales, including negotiation and customer support
• Working knowledge of packaging or process equipment preferred (e.g., sealers, coders, dosers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Expertise in LinkedIn-based prospecting and digital sales outreach
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and results-oriented skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and access to a personal vehicle

Compensation

• $75,000–$110,000 DOE +
• Guaranteed minimum sales commission during the first 12 months
• Accelerated commission structure for high-performing sales results
• Vehicle allowance of $670/month
• Company-provided laptop and cell phone
