Job summary

BodyBilt seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow our Greater Seattle territory, manage dealer relationships, and drive new business with corporate, healthcare, government, education, and industrial clients.

You will deliver ergonomic product demonstrations, develop strategic plans, and maintain a strong CRM-driven pipeline while collaborating with internal teams for top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of outside sales and account management experience.
  • Proven success in developing new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working through dealer distribution channels preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established network of furniture dealers and strategic accounts in the territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities with corporate, healthcare, government, education, laboratory, industrial, and mission-critical customers.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with dealer partners to identify and close opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, ergonomic presentations, and customer training sessions.
  • Develop territory business plans to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, facility managers, purchasing professionals, and key decision-makers.
  • Represent BodyBilt at regional trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to manage an established territory while driving new business growth across the Greater Seattle region. If you enjoy developing dealer relationships, working directly with end users, identifying new opportunities, and representing an industry-leading American manufacturer, we'd like to hear from you.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of successful experience in outside sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working through dealer distribution channels is highly preferred.
  • Experience with furniture, ergonomics, healthcare, laboratory, or industrial products is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and forecasting.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
