Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager at Direct Wire & Cable!

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and growing market share? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead business development efforts across the Southwest region —including California, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico . This is a remote, full-time, permanent position with up to 50% travel to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support key accounts.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop account strategies and expand market share
  • Represent Direct Wire at trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Track and report on key sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Drive continuous improvement in the sales process

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales or customer relations
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer accounts and delivering solutions
  • Experience in the wire & cable industry (welding industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • A team player who embraces Direct Wire’s core values

Primary Location :

Remote – Based in the Southwest Region (CA, NV, UT, NM)

Travel : Up to 50%
