Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

Reports To : Senior VP of Sales

Job Overview : As a Regional Sales Manager, you will support the Senior VP of Sales in establishing and managing our distributor network, ensuring its effectiveness aligns with our company vision, and contributing to our growth.

Essential Functions :

• Recruit, develop, and support distributor teams.
• Contribute to monthly forecasts and regional reports.
• Assist in brand, contract, and customer engagement strategies.
• Translate strategies into directives for the distribution network.
• Coordinate efforts to resolve obstacles affecting the network.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Work with market access teams for key account coordination.
• Manage the distribution channel, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Monitor business and key account performance; support reviews.
• Support contract development and coaching within the network.
• Maintain high standards and accountability for results.
• Participate in performance reviews and coaching.
• Communicate challenges and opportunities to management.
• Build relationships with key customers, including in-person interactions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in medical device sales or distributor management.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wound care, biologics, reimbursement, billing, and payor trends.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Location : Remote; candidates should reside in MD, PA, OH, NJ, CT, MA, NY, NH, VT, or ME.
