RSM – WEST COAST

My Client is a security manufacture of IP security cameras and NVR’s. They are looking for a RSM to increase new business revenues through channel partners (distributors & integrators) in the west coast (CA, ID, NV, OR, WA)

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 5+ years of sales experience selling IP cameras, NVR’s and CCTV systems within the territory.
• Proven track record of successful sales through strategic partnerships (distributors & integrators) and working with them on large end user projects (banking, education, retail, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of video surveillance equipment.
• Ability to train and give presentations to customers on new and existing equipment.
• Experienced working in a greenfield sales territory.
• Work remote, living in territory near an airport requiring 50% travel.

Salary& Benefits

• Base salary $90K-$100K with an OTE of $150K (Uncapped Commission Structure)
