Renaissance Windows and Doors Inc, based in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Florida territories including the panhandle and parts of Georgia. The role focuses on increasing sales, managing channels, and delivering value-driven presentations and takeoffs using our company tools.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in building products sales, knowledge of the Florida Building Code, and experience with dealer and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building products space.
• Knowledge of Florida Building Code is preferred.
• Experience with dealer and distribution channel partners is preferred.
• Experience in residential/light commercial fenestration products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share within the territory with integrity.
• Maintain and update sales reporting functions weekly.
• Deliver effective visual and verbal presentations.
• Quote window and door takeoffs using company tools.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and opportunities within the territory.
• Ensure customers are within payment terms.
• Work across multiple sales channels for windows and doors.
• Sell based on value, not price.
• Lead formal group presentations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Develop, execute and track programs across channels.
