One of our clients is a $500mm building products manufacturer and a division of a multibillion US-based company, one of the fastest growing manufacturers in their space, and the top four in their industry. They have retained us to find a Regional Sales Manager based in the South Central US market to manage a $4.5M territory, calling on their established dealer base and working downstream with contractors and builders. They offer a strong base salary, an uncapped monthly commission, and an industry-best profit-sharing plan.
