Job description

Join to apply for the Regional Sales Manager role at Ingersoll Rand.

Job Overview:

This position offers the opportunity to sell a robust portfolio of products and develop accounts throughout the United States. We seek a driven, focused, and self-motivated sales professional for this hunter role. Extensive training will be provided on Pneumatic Products (PPC) engineered equipment and customer needs. This is a remote position, preferably in or around Texas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop channel partners to meet sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute territory strategies.
  3. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calls, market research, and networking.
  4. Provide technical and product support to customers.
  5. Participate in all sales cycle stages, including quoting and account management.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and account growth.
  7. Lead customer engagement and presentations at trade shows and conferences.
  8. Supervise a network of channel partners across multiple states.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant product sales experience

  • Up to 50%+ overnight travel
Pay Range:

$100,000–$130,000 plus incentives, based on experience and location.
