About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our thriving team and propel the growth of our life insurance products for Mortgage Protection. As a key player in our sales force, you will propel strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer custom life insurance solutions. This thrilling role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Our company has a streamlined lead generation system, meaning these individuals are qualified buyers with a need for our product.
  • Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to state regulated requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

Pay range and compensation package

  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets.
