We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, client engagements, or industry events.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.

Recruit Sales Representatives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

Oversee the sales team to ensure Company sales goals and objectives are met by holding regular check-ins with team to set clear expectations, coach and monitor progress regularly.

Proven experience in creating, establishing and maintaining sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong leadership ability.

This is a Remote Opportunity available in the following states: Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, and Utah. Candidates must be able to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the title and closing business.

Proven selling, business development, and relationship building skills.

Strong computer and technology aptitude. Minimum intermediate knowledge of the full Microsoft suite of products and the ability to quickly learn other internal programs required.

Must understand how to work with and engage team players and clients both in person and virtually.

Title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales experience preferred.
