Job summary

Society Insurance is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the western Wisconsin Territory and drive production and profitability through strong agency partnerships. You will lead a field-based team, set sales strategies, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence.

You will leverage your knowledge of commercial lines, network with independent agencies, and enjoy autonomy in the field to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5 years of professional Property/Casualty insurance experience with independent agents.
• Regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3 years marketing and/or sales experience desirable.
• CPCU or CIC or related insurance designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and profitability goals in the western Wisconsin Territory.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with independent agencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand market presence.
• Represent Society at trade shows and manage leads from events.
• Assist agents with risk selection and marketing of products.
• Review quotes and applications and follow up with agencies.
