Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across an assigned Northeast territory for a leading manufacturer of valves, actuators, and engineered flow control solutions.

You will manage representative networks, develop distributor relationships, and create direct sales opportunities across oil & gas, energy, water, and other process industries. A true hunter, you will expand market presence and drive revenue growth through strategic territory development.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within valves, actuators and flow control
• Experience with distributor networks and manufacturer representatives
• Strong technical aptitude to understand engineered products

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across an assigned US territory, driving revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Support and train representative partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
• Travel regularly across the territory to meet customers, partners and develop opportunities.
