Job summary

Gallagher Security seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales force covering the Mountain States, Northwest, and Southwest, with Colorado as a preferred base. You will develop regional strategies, coach a multi-territory team, and drive revenue growth through disciplined leadership and strong customer and partner relationships.

You will work with customers, channel partners, consultants, and internal teams to identify opportunities, forecast accurately, and build a high-performance culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple territories or regions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and business development expertise.
• Demonstrated success managing key accounts, channel partners, and strategic customer relationships.
• Experience within the security, technology, software, or related industry.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Gallagher's growth objectives and business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple territories.
• Deliver and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets through disciplined sales leadership and execution.
• Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance management across the region.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, vertical growth, and strategic partnership development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and customer success.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Manage regional budgets and resources while maintaining strong commercial discipline.
• Support the growth and effectiveness of the channel partner ecosystem to maximize market reach and business performance.
