Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Power Conversion Solutions in the West Region. You will drive full-cycle sales for utility-scale solar and storage, build strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, and EPCs, and shape regional go‑to‑market strategies.

Collaborate with product/engineering to deliver high‑quality PCS solutions. The role requires 8–12+ years in technical sales, an engineering background, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales for utility-scale solar and storage projects for Central Region HQ’d customers.
• Build relationships with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and developers.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions.
• Support technical evaluations, proposals, and bid processes.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events and forums.
• Drive pipeline management and forecasting with precision.
• Position PCS as a trusted, high-quality solution provider.
