Colwen Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for the Portland portfolio to lead and elevate sales and marketing strategies. You will mentor sales teams, drive revenue growth, and build key client relationships to maximize market share and profitability.

You will collaborate with hotel leadership, revenue management, and corporate stakeholders to deliver strategic plans, optimize performance, and ensure guest and client satisfaction while traveling across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hotel director of sales experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hotel sales experience with revenue achievement.
• Experience leading regional teams and multi-property portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and mentor Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Coordinators across an assigned hotel portfolio.
• Establish sales goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that align with annual budget and profitability objectives.
• Partner with Revenue Management and General Managers to optimize rate, occupancy, and market share performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across market segments and maintain key client relationships.
