Job summary

RS Medical is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within an assigned territory. This role combines sales leadership, talent development, strategic account management, and direct customer engagement to drive revenue growth.

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of Account Managers, provide coaching, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. Travel will be extensive to support the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of direct sales management experience.
Experience in medical device, surgical equipment, healthcare technology, or prescribed product sales.
Experience selling to physicians and healthcare providers.
Strong coaching and leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers within the assigned region.
Drive regional revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Manage sales pipelines and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
Partner with Account Managers on key customer meetings and business development initiatives.
Establish account coverage strategies and referral development plans.
Analyze market conditions and payor trends to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve results.
