Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct supervisory responsibilities in sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Four or more years of sales experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Positive team player.
• Ability to meet established deadlines.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable a Sales Team to retain and grow revenue across Ford Office Technologies products and services.
• Lead, Manage, and Accountability - LMA; manage some accounts and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Generate net new major accounts and expand current client relationships.
• Oversee team forecasting accuracy and KPI achievement.
• Provide guidance on obtaining new leads, client meetings, proposals, and closing sales.
