Job summary

Laborie seeks a Regional Sales Director in the United States to lead and develop the regional sales organization, recruit and coach representatives, and drive regional revenue targets. You will plan, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across multiple territories.

You will build customer relationships, deliver value-added solutions, and collaborate with other departments to meet strategic goals. Expect travel up to 75% for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales management of direct or independent sales representatives required; 5+ years preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required; healthcare or B2B sales preferred.
• Must be able to travel 75% of the time (location-based).
• Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional sales organization by recruiting, training, coaching, and inspiring representatives; create roles, field visits, and sustainable sales capabilities.
• Drive revenue by developing regional sales strategies, managing resources, building a strong pipeline, and meeting quotas.
• Build deep customer and territory expertise, develop trusted relationships, deliver value-driven solutions, and anticipate needs and market challenges.
• Collaborate across the organization to align priorities, promote win-win outcomes, and share best practices to hit sales/financial targets.
• Serve as a senior commercial representative, demonstrating product knowledge, representing Laborie at trade shows and meetings, and supporting regional initiatives.
