Aruza Pest Control is seeking a Region Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple branches within an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing a strong sales culture, coaching teams, and driving growth while upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications include 3+ years of sales leadership and a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. Travel within the district is required, and experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in pest control or home services.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across branches; identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct in-field coaching on a regular basis and branch visits to support sales execution, skill development, and accountability.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives aligned with Aruza’s culture, Core Values, and performance expectations.
• Develop and present in-person sales meetings that drive engagement and develop our team members.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and branch leadership to align sales goals with service delivery and lead generation efforts.
