Qualifications

• This is a full-time, exempt position.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Role may require evening or weekend hours based on operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, email, spreadsheets, and cloud docs.
• Ability to learn company technology including routing software and field apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive unlimited earnings potential for yourself and technicians through sales initiatives and service.
• Set up service technicians for success via targeted training and follow-up.
• Educate teams and clients on environmentally responsible products.
• Oversee assets including vehicles, equipment, and products; delegate inspections.
• Foster growth through licensure and product knowledge expansion.
• Lead branch objectives via daily/weekly/monthly meetings and agendas.
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction through training, field observation, and follow-up.
• Identify coaching opportunities and drive incentive programs for revenue growth.
