Job summary

DSG Supply seeks a Commercial & Residential Electrical Regional Sales Manager for the ND region. This role leads planning, directs and monitors Electrical sales, building a high-performing team to grow market share and optimize margins.

You will drive strategic plans, manage budgets, coach a regional sales force, and develop key customer and vendor relationships while traveling heavily to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Five years of field selling experience in the Electrical industry with three to five years of sales management experience.
• A valid driver’s license, as heavy travel is required.
• Experience in the distribution industry.
• A high level of analytical ability to interpret data and solve problems.
• The ability to lead, coach, and motivate individuals and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead a diverse group of external customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Outside Sales Account Managers in the ND region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and gross profit.
• Set and manage regional budgets for sales and margins.
• Coach the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Engage with key customers and vendors to ensure outstanding service levels.
