I’m partnering with a leading innovator in Molecular Diagnostic solutions. To support their continued growth, we are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead expansion efforts across the West Coast. This role will focus on increasing market share, fostering strong customer relationships, and executing a strategic sales plan to drive regional success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the West Coast region, with a focus on achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Participate in comprehensive product training to effectively communicate the value of their MDx solutions.
  • Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in MDx sales.
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory, developing pipelines, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the West Coast region as needed.
