Regional Sales Director – Specialty Pharmacy & Ambulatory Infusion

If you’re a dynamic sales leader ready to make an impact in the specialty pharmacy and infusion space, this role could be your next big move.

We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead a team of field-based Account Managers focused on expanding revenue across Ambulatory Infusion Centers (AICs) and Specialty Pharmacy channels. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you'll define strategy, coach top talent, and develop data-backed plans that drive margin and market share—while also building strong partnerships with providers, manufacturers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a regional sales team to hit revenue goals and exceed expectations
  • Develop and implement business plans for targeted therapeutic areas and prescriber networks
  • Use insights and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize your team’s approach, and close business
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Support provider practices and strategic distribution/manufacturing partners to expand access to high-value therapies
  • Identify new opportunities for AIC expansion and help shape market development strategy
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track pipeline activity, coach performance, and drive results
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and events

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing physician-focused field sales teams
  • Deep understanding of infusion services, specialty medications, and the provider landscape
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into action
  • Proven success coaching, motivating, and developing high-performance sales teams
  • Excellent communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 75–80%
