Drive conversion of agents to partners by executing Small Commercial initiatives with Underwriting and Regional Leadership.
Direct and coach Regional Sales Managers; own and develop regional sales strategies.
Develop territory business plans and mentor SCSMs to raise performance.
Communicate effectively to groups and individuals; maintain follow-through on commitments.
Collaborate with state management and other stakeholders to implement regional priorities.
