The primary responsibility of the Large Format Sales Director is to develop creative and influential sales strategies (pricing, promotion, assortment, and shelving proposals) with brokers and accounts (Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, and Meijer) that align with company initiatives and maximize regional volume, profit, and distribution.
This role is primarily home-based but involves extensive travel for account meetings and market assessments.
