Position: Walmart and Sam's Club National Account Sales Manager

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (residence in Northwest Arkansas required)

Role Overview: As a National Account Sales Manager, you will leverage strategic leadership skills to represent Krispy Kreme with major retail partners, playing a key role in a cross-functional team. You will develop sales strategies, oversee execution, and monitor performance related to assortment, merchandising, pricing, shelving, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Leadership: Build relationships with Walmart and Sam's Club, manage business functions, and develop growth plans through joint business planning.
  2. Sales Leadership: Ensure effective execution of customer plans and manage trade spend and pricing guidelines.
  3. Performance Management: Evaluate launches and promotions, ensure product availability, and optimize execution at the customer level.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years managing national key accounts in grocery/mass channels
  • 15+ years in CPG or a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with store delivery/distributor management preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
