What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in strategic management of the agency plant and drive profitable growth for the assigned territory
- Hire, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to achieve regional sales goals
- Analyze regional market trends and develop strategies to increase market share
- Facilitate identification of new business opportunities and negotiate agency contracts
- Serve as a liaison for agency financial stability and coordinate agency profit-sharing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of eight years of professional sales experience within the insurance industry
- Minimum of three years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Strong leadership, motivational, and strategic thinking abilities
