The role requires 60% travel, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to align regional plans with enterprise objectives while maintaining compliance and patient focus.

Formación

• Doctorate or higher with strong commercial experience in sales, marketing or accounts management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and resources over multiple regions.
• Extensive biotech/pharma exposure with rare disease or neurology experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales organization for UPLIZNA Neurology across the assigned region.
• Translate brand strategy into execution with measurable performance indicators.
• Develop District Managers and field teams, mentoring and coaching leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Medical and HR to drive outcomes.
