SimonMed Longevity seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth, patient acquisition, and market expansion across an assigned region. You will lead Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, building strong physician group and partner relationships while coordinating referrals to longevity and preventive care services.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration to influence regional performance and growth across a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare sales experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-site or regional sales teams.
• Experience in physician sales, diagnostics, imaging, laboratory services, or related healthcare markets.
• Proven success achieving revenue growth and sales targets.
• Strong coaching, leadership and talent development skills.
• Experience building physician referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and executive relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and drive territory optimization.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
