Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years National Sales experience, preferably in Rigging, Construction, Industrial Services or related industries.
• Minimum of five (5) years in Account and Relationship Management.
• Demonstrated excellence in sales, account management, relationship management.
• Highly self-directed and self-motivated; able to use own time efficiently.
• Strong goal-setting skills; detail-oriented while seeing the bigger picture.
• Intermediate to advanced use of Windows-based systems and sales management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to increase market share and revenue.
• Oversee the Sales team’s efforts in developing and executing effective sales plans.
• Utilize market data to analyze trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and operations to align goals and processes.
• Hire, develop, and lead the sales team by setting goals and tracking performance.
• Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and regulators; resolve issues quickly.
• Develop and manage the regional sales budget and ROI.
• Report sales performance metrics to senior management and adjust plans as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability and satisfaction.
