Position Summary
The Regional Sales Director has proven success in achieving sales targets by providing input into the development of their sales forecasts, developing and implementing regional business account plans, and developing and maintaining dealer relationships in the furniture manufacturing business. The Regional Sales Director will develop and implement strategies that will encourage sales innovations and strategic business development in Los Angeles. The employees must also ensure that the company remains competitive and well positioned in the marketplace. These individuals will achieve those aims by conducting thorough market research, keeping abreast of industry developments and trends, and fostering a positive and productive culture within the Sales Team.
