Job summary

Neodent is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead and execute revenue-generating initiatives across a defined U.S. region.

You will drive growth by managing Regional Sales Directors and Digital Sales Specialists, shaping strategy, coaching teams, and aligning with senior management on market opportunities. The role requires a strong background in medical device or dental sales, a track record of achieving targets, and the ability to travel extensively across the territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales experience with at least 4 years of sales management in medical device and/or dental industry
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record and proof of insurance
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership and strategy roles

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates Area Business Strategy to drive sales direction for Surgical/Restorative lines
• Directs RSDs and TMs to achieve regional sales goals and KPIs
• Trains and mentors sales staff in processes, product knowledge, and leadership
• Implements Neodent’s Sales Systems including CRM and performance metrics
• Develops growth plans and travels with RSDs/TMs to coach quarterly
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives
