Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for training and meetings.
• Experience in retail sales leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI results and sales growth through coaching and store-level leadership.
• Travel monthly to districts; maintain presence in stores to coach staff.
• Monitor KPI results and gross profit; forecast and report to leadership.
• Partner with District Managers, Store Managers, and HR for talent recruitment.
• Oversee scheduling, labor optimization, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure outbound marketing and customer engagement tools are used effectively.
• Lead regional efforts in partnerships with Verizon, TEAM and vendors.
