Job summary

Team Wireless, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to drive regional sales growth, lead and coach District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Consultants, and partner with Verizon. This role requires travel and hands-on leadership to ensure KPI attainment and guest experience in the region.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, align with Verizon standards, and implement the TEAM sales process. Travel up to 50% with a 40-hour week and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the region footprint or relocate within 60 days.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for training and meetings.
• Retail wireless management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI results through coaching, communication with staff and support teams, and motivating District Managers, Store Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Travel to each district in the region monthly as needed.
• Maintain an active presence in stores working alongside DM, SM, and sales staff.
• Track KPI results and gross profit through reports from TEAM Wireless and Verizon.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive SMB and other revenue initiatives with Verizon and TEAM Wireless.
• Provide sales forecast and performance updates to leadership, Verizon, and vendor partners.
• Partner with DMs/SMs and HR in recruiting and hiring talent.
• Review store scheduling to optimize labor and maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure DM/SM use outbound marketing and customer engagement tools like Statflo, VZ Engage, Salesforce.
