Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years’ experience leading a sales team.
• Strong selling skills: qualifying, meeting customers, closing and account maintenance.
• Familiarity with NAPA operations and systems or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Pro team to achieve and exceed sales quotas across assigned accounts.
• Present and leverage NAPA programs and promotions to customers.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive growth, profitability and service levels.
• Recruit, coach and develop sales personnel and ensure training completion.
