Our client is searching for a dynamic and visionary Regional Sales Director to propel their growth in the thriving nutraceuticals market. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with deep market insights, the ability to craft and execute bold strategies, and a passion for innovation. This role is remote but must be in the Central or Eastern time zone, USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Drive company success by establishing dynamic new customer connections, nurturing key accounts, and consistently surpassing sales goals.
  • Analyze Insights: Dive deep into customer behavior and decision-making to provide actionable insights that shape impactful marketing strategies and refine the value proposition.
  • Secure Partnerships: Forge lasting collaborations through innovative trademark agreements and strategic annual contracts.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Collaborate with marketing to identify untapped customer segments, unmet needs, and emerging market trends, transforming them into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Stay Informed: Master competitor strategies, industry dynamics, and consumer trends to keep the company on the cutting edge.
  • Create Impact: Develop and execute compelling, budget-conscious marketing and promotional strategies tailored to maximize account potential.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to streamline sales processes, strengthen relationships, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure seamless order fulfillment by delivering high-quality products on time and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Exceed Expectations: Provide timely, actionable administrative reports while consistently exceeding customer and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE at least five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the selling raw functional ingredients, with a proven ability to sell science-based, technical products.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of customer needs, business models, and decision-making processes, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective strategies.
  • Adept at negotiating agreements that lock in value for the company while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the natural health industry, with a commitment to both learning and educating customers.
  • Proven track record in identifying and converting new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing existing account bases.
  • Motivated to hit and exceed targets, with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities and pivoting to meet challenges head-on.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and skilled in business software systems (Microsoft Office), particularly Excel.

Compensation: $160,000-180,000 base salary, with uncapped commission, plus a bonus! Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits included.
