Job Purpose

This role focuses on growing sales of TruStage’s manufactured Annuity products (MEMBERS Annuities) within a designated geographic area. You will collaborate with external wholesalers to boost face-to-face product distribution through registered representatives in the Credit Union channel. The role involves developing strategic business plans, managing relationships, and employing consultative selling to meet sales and market share objectives.

Location

While remote, preferred locations are in Central/Mountain Time Zones, ideally near a major hub like Phoenix, AZ, due to travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with investment advisors, providing sales support and training on MEMBERS Annuities products.
  • Support inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a resource for product and process questions.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including participation in field events and training sessions, and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide proactive sales and marketing support to Regional Vice Presidents and product marketers, including developing marketing plans and sales strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of investment and/or insurance products; licenses such as Life, Variable insurance, Series 6, and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, develop relationships over the phone, and travel up to 40%.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $42,200 to $70,400, with potential for bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work arrangements.
