Job Purpose

This position aims to grow sales of the TruStage manufactured Annuity products (MEMBERS Annuities) within an assigned geographic territory. The role involves working closely with external wholesalers to enhance product distribution through registered representatives within the Credit Union channel. You will develop and implement strategic business development plans, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and employ a consultative selling approach to increase sales and market share.

Location

While this role is remote, preferred locations are within the Central/Mountain Time Zones, ideally near a major hub such as Phoenix, AZ, due to travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with investment advisors, providing sales support, training, and marketplace feedback.
  • Provide inbound and outbound support, addressing product inquiries, training needs, and resolving issues.
  • Support marketing efforts through participation in field events, developing training sessions, and representing the company at trade shows.
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and product marketers to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of investment and insurance products.
  • Life and Variable insurance licenses and FINRA securities licenses (Series 6 and 63) required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $42,200 to $70,400, with potential for bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work arrangements.
