Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in school security.
• Three years’ experience leading school security operations.
• First Aid and CPR certification within one year of appointment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational safety and security support to schools in assigned region.
• Lead incident response and deploy regionally for emergencies.
• Coach and develop school security personnel and teams.
• Coordinate with district leadership, public safety agencies, and admins.
• Support post-incident recovery and ongoing security improvements.
