Job summary

Liberty Service Partners is expanding and seeks a proactive Regional Safety Manager to lead safety culture across multiple locations in a field-driven role. You will partner with branch leaders to conduct regular safety meetings, oversee PPE usage, and drive safety initiatives on-site and in the field.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence teams at all levels while upholding a high standard of safety compliance across the Liberty Family of

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site or regional safety role (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of fleet/driving safety and field operations.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders and technicians at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety operations across multiple branches with a strong focus on safety and job site safety.
• Ensure field employees are properly equipped with and consistently using PPE.
• Partner with branch leaders to ensure regular safety meetings and effective discussions.
• Work closely with General Managers to build and reinforce a strong safety culture.
• Review drive cam footage, identify risks and escalate concerns as needed.
• Coach, guide, and hold teams accountable to safety standards and best practices.

About the Role

Liberty Service Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, field-driven Regional Safety Manager to help lead and strengthen our safety culture across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to be in the field ensuring standards are not just met, but lived every day.

What You’ll Do
